Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Cumberland and Florence, WI. Part-time role with flexible scheduling, no call or overnight responsibilities. Work collaboratively with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care. Location options also available in GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, and TN.
