We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and respectful Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who take pride in providing quality care and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Support clients' comfort, dignity, and independence at home Build trusting relationships through respectful and personalized care Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Provide medication reminders without administering medications Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed Provide emotional support and social companionship Qualifications Active PCA or CNA certification required Minimum of 6 months of hands-on caregiving experience caring for seniors or individuals with similar needs Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Proof of insurance Negative TB test Must successfully pass a criminal background screening Professional references required to verify caregiving experience and reliability PCA or CNA certification preferred. Qualified candidates without certification may be considered based on their caregiving experience and qualifications. Willow Heart Home Care supports eligible candidates in obtaining the necessary certification.
