Responsibilities Assist client with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming, to promote comfort and independence. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments, ensuring a safe environment through dementia care techniques. Provide companionship. Light housekeeping and meal prep. Experience Successful completion of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program Prior experience working as a CNA preferred. At least a 5-year work history. Demonstrated proficiency in vital signs measurement, medication administration support, and basic life support (BLS). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease enhances your ability to deliver personalized care.
