Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Tucker Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking C.N.A.s to join our team. The C.N.A. will provide routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, following the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.

Shift:

7:00am-7:00pm 7:00pm-7:00am Assist with daily living activities. Help patients with personal hygiene. Help with baths and showers. Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart. Documents objective information related to patient care. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information. Reports to the Nurse any observations and pertinent information related to the patient's care. Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements. Assist the nurses and other staff as needed and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements & Skills:

High School diploma or G.E.D. Must have at least one year of C.N.A or caregiver experience Must have a

GA C.N.A.

license
