Must be available to begin within 1-7 days Compensation Starting at $16.50/-17.20 HR Opportunities for pay increases based on reliability, performance, and consistency Key Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer companionship and safety monitoring Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates with the office Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active Georgia CNA Certification Ability to provide 2-3 verified professional references Recent Negative TB test results Reliable transportation (personally owned/controlled) Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Proven dependability and consistent attendance
