•days, evenings, overnights, weekends Paid orientation and ongoing caregiver training 24/7 support from a responsive office team Work close to home One-on-one client care (no facility overload) Competitive hourly pay with performance recognition and growth opportunities Caregiver Job Responsibilities As a Caregiver / HHA / CNA / PCA / DSP, you will: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, and transfers Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Perform light housekeeping , laundry, meal preparation, and home organization Assist with mobility support using walkers, gait belts, or wheelchairs Provide medication reminders (non-medical care only) Monitor and report changes in client condition Use a mobile app for scheduling, clock-in/clock-out, and care documentation Follow infection control, safety protocols, and agency policies Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times Caregiver Requirements High school diploma or GED required 2 years of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, DSP, or similar role) Reliable transportation , valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to pass a national background check CPR certification and TB test (or willingness to obtain before hire) Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile apps for scheduling and communication
