Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care under the supervision of licensed professionals while gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are eager to advance their skills. Day 7am-7pm, Night 7pm-7am Responsibilities Assist in the day to day resident care as assigned per protocol and resident specific care plan. Collaborate with the licensed staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans. See job description for full scope of duties. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records through PCC. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Current State Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in resident care practice.
