Day 7am-7pm, Night 7pm-7am Responsibilities Assist in the day to day resident care as assigned per protocol and resident specific care plan. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records through PCC. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Current State Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in resident care practice.
