401k Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Program We are currently seeking caring and compassionate CNA's to join our amazing team here at Sterling Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Located right off Routes 190 & 140, we are 15 minutes from Worcester & Leominster, and 25 minutes from Gardner & Marlborough. Our beautiful, modern 143 bed facility is situated on 22 acres and includes a STR/subacute unit and two long term care units . Our programs include long term care, respite, hospice, and short term rehab.
Position Requirements:
Completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification Program a must. Short term rehab and skilled nursing experience a plus.
Job Description :
Assists residents with activities of daily living such as grooming; oral hygiene/denture care; bath/shower; hair; feeding and nourishment, bathroom and incontinence, routine foot care as outlined in the care plan. Assist residents with transfers and ambulation if applicable. Responds to call lights and the needs of the resident. Accurately uses different types of scales i.e. chair, Hoyer, stand-up. Applies restorative devices such as splints, handrolls, braces, eyeglasses and hearing aids. Change bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds.
