Full-time Nurse (RN/LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) Position At Poolesville Family Practice we believe our patients always deserve respect and care. We do not believe in corporate medicine. Job Requirements:

• Full-time (40 hours/wk), no weekends
• Good communication skills
• Have good computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Nursing assessments/Vital signs of adult and pediatric patients
• Venipuncture, vaccines, and medication injections
• Run EKGs and in house lab tests
• Give all recommended vaccines
• Be able to use Electronic medical records (ie, eClinicalworks)
• Assist Physician and other staff with patient care
• Order and organize medical supplies and inventory

The Practice:

• We do full range of family medicine including adult medicine, pediatrics (ages 4 and up), gynecology and minor surgical procedures.

Education:

Have a current Maryland RN, LPN, or MA certificate/license and have completed an accredited program.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years work experience, self-motivated, willing to learn new skills.
