Schedule:
Morning (6a-2p); Evening (2p-10p); Nights (10p-6a) Caring with Heart, Every Day- Care Specialist Our Resident Care Specialist provides compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities—ensuring dignity, comfort, and well-being for every resident. Working closely with nursing and care teams, this role is essential in creating a safe, person-centered environment where residents thrive.

What You'll Do:
1. Personal Care Assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Ensure residents' hygiene and comfort are maintained with dignity and respect.
Support residents with meals, hydration, and snacks as needed. 2. Health Monitoring & Documentation
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
Accurately document care provided and vital signs as required.
Assist with routine health checks and follow care plans. 3. Resident Engagement & Support
Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Promote independence and dignity in all interactions. 4. Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas.
Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
Assist with cleaning and laundry duties as assigned. 5. Team Collaboration & Communication
Communicate effectively with coworkers, nurses, and supervisors.
Participate in shift handovers and care plan updates.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
Certifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent preferred.
Skills:
