Morning (6a-2p); Evening (2p-10p); Nights (10p-6a) Caring with Heart, Every Day- Care Specialist Our Resident Care Specialist provides compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities—ensuring dignity, comfort, and well-being for every resident. What You'll Do:
1. Personal Care Assistance- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Ensure residents' hygiene and comfort are maintained with dignity and respect.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and snacks as needed. 2. Health Monitoring & Documentation
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
- Accurately document care provided and vital signs as required.
- Assist with routine health checks and follow care plans. 3. Resident Engagement & Support
- Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Promote independence and dignity in all interactions. 4. Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
- Assist with cleaning and laundry duties as assigned. 5. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, nurses, and supervisors.
- Participate in shift handovers and care plan updates.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs.
