Responsibilities include:

Provide personal companionship and supervision to all residents during your shift. Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting and exercise. Prepare and serve meals. Oversee medication management. Accurately prepares and administer medications in compliance with all related policies and procedures and regulations. Documents vital sign, medication administration, residents behaviors associated with medication administration, medication incident and accident reports, and facility incident and accident reports Report any issues or problems that may arise to direct supervisor General housecleaning duties including but not limited to dishes, dusting, mopping, laundry, and sweeping.

Must have:

Med Tech Certification CPR and First Aid Certification Respect for client patience Compassion Reliability Attentiveness The ideal candidate has strong compassion and has experienced working with persons with dementia .
