As a Nursing Assistant, you will help residents with daily tasks and provide support throughout the day. No experience is needed. We provide training. After 90 days, eligible team members may qualify for our Free Med Tech Training Program, giving you the chance to learn new skills and grow your career. What You'll Do Help residents with daily activities Assist with personal care needs Offer support and companionship Help keep resident rooms clean and safe Follow care instructions from nurses Work as part of a care team Complete other assigned duties What You'll Need High school diploma or GED At least 18 years old Valid driver's license CPR or First Aid certification is a plus, but not required No experience needed.
