WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients Assist with activities of daily living and catheter care as needed Document patient care accurately in our EMR/EHR systems Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy Work closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team Help patients remain comfortable and cared for in the setting they call home
