We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Responsibilities Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and dining Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and observation skills Commitment to resident safety and quality care Ability to maintain regular attendance Completion of required continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually, or as required by state/federal regulations) Benefits Competitive pay with increased wages Shift differentials for all shifts $2,000 sign-on bonus Paid holidays Supportive, team-focused work environment Ongoing training and growth opportunities Apply Today Join a team where your work truly matters.
