This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, clinical staff, patient flow, quality and safety, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager will work closely with physicians and administration to maintain a professional, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing and clinical support staff Oversee pre-operative, procedural, and recovery operations Manage staffing, scheduling, orientation, training, and performance Participate in direct patient care when needed Maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care Oversee infection prevention, medication safety, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement Maintain ASC accreditation and regulatory readiness Coordinate patient flow and promote efficient daily operations Collaborate closely with physicians and administration Help develop clinical workflows and nursing standards for a growing ASC Qualifications Current Alabama RN license or eligibility for licensure Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience in an acute-care, procedural, surgical, cardiovascular, or ambulatory setting Minimum of 2 years of management BLS and ACLS certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Previous nursing leadership experience strongly preferred ASC, cath lab, vascular/endovascular, OR, PACU, or interventional radiology experience preferred BSN preferred What We Are Looking For We are seeking a hands-on, accountable nurse leader with strong clinical judgment who can effectively lead a team while maintaining high standards for patient safety, professionalism, efficiency, and patient experience.
