Primary Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in good standing required Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to mentor, delegate, and resolve conflicts proactively Thorough understanding of nursing protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance Adaptable and organized, with attention to detail in clinical documentation Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare technology
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations, coordinating patient care activities and nursing assignments Support and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and performance feedback Monitor patient care to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality services in line with facility procedures and standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Resolve patient or staff concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary Ensure consistent documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and protocol updates
