Wilton Meadows Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Wilton, CT Wilton Meadows Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends while taking a leadership role in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team during the evening shift. Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate resident care. Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up and interventions. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Respond to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies appropriately. Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Ensure medications, treatments, assessments, and nursing documentation are completed accurately and timely. Review and follow up on physician orders and resident care needs. Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, infection-control practices, and applicable regulations. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff to promote excellent resident outcomes. Address staffing and clinical concerns and escalate issues appropriately. Promote a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Current and valid Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license . Previous nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar setting preferred. Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting the nursing team.
