WEEKEND NURSE SUPERVISOR, SAT- 16HRS SUN-16HRS

• Current/active CPR certification preferred

• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change As the Weekend Supervisor, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:
• List of responsibilities Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.

Ensures completion of assessments of residents at admission, discharge. and as necessary and required. Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit(s). Make round to monitor resident care and status of residents. Provide oversight and guidance regarding the implementation of the plan of care for residents in compliance with physician's orders. Obtain clinical guidance from the Director of Nursing/designated RN as appropriate related to resident care. Ensure nursing policies and procedures are implemented and followed, educating nursing support staff as necessary and according to facility guidelines
