Full Time Pay:
$25.75 to $29 Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends Management add on pay Weekly pay

  • A meaningful role where you make a difference every day Your Impact as an LPN As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
  • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members What You Bring
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
  • A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliability and a commitment to excellence
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer
