Nurse Manager - Cancer Care Center Springfield, GA Full - TIme Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Manager
to oversee daily operations of a busy Cancer Care Center. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff while ensuring high-quality, compassionate patient care and efficient department operations. Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the Cancer Care Center.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing and non-clinical staff.
Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily patient flow.
Partner with physicians and healthcare leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Address patient concerns and support a positive patient experience.
Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and employee development.
Identify workflow improvements and implement process changes.
Support oncology infusion operations and assist with staffing needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and serve as a resource for the electronic medical record system.
Collaborate with billing, scheduling, registration, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments as needed. Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare required; Master's preferred.
Current Georgia RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.
3+ years of healthcare management/leadership experience.
4-5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
OCN certification preferred.
Experience with healthcare scheduling, registration, billing/revenue cycle, or medical assisting is a plus. $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
