Nurse Manager - Cancer Care Center Springfield, GA Full - TIme Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
  • Nurse Manager
  • to oversee daily operations of a busy Cancer Care Center. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff while ensuring high-quality, compassionate patient care and efficient department operations. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the Cancer Care Center.
  • Supervise, coach, and support nursing and non-clinical staff.
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily patient flow.
  • Partner with physicians and healthcare leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address patient concerns and support a positive patient experience.
  • Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Identify workflow improvements and implement process changes.
  • Support oncology infusion operations and assist with staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and serve as a resource for the electronic medical record system.
  • Collaborate with billing, scheduling, registration, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments as needed. Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare required; Master's preferred.
  • Current Georgia RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.
  • 3+ years of healthcare management/leadership experience.
  • 4-5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
ONS/ONCC
Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification required.
  • BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
  • OCN certification preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare scheduling, registration, billing/revenue cycle, or medical assisting is a plus. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
