Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You'll Do Oversee daily surgical schedules, patient flow, and room turnover for efficient OR operations Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for OR nurses and surgical techs Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, AORN, and hospital policies Monitor and coordinate surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment procurement Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and pre/post-operative teams to maintain high standards of care Assist with patient recovery, including C-sections and post-anesthesia care when necessary Support pain management and specialty clinics (podiatry, general surgery, etc.)

What You Need Required:

RN license valid for Kansas or multistate license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be current at time of application) 3-5 years clinical OR experience, with prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Ability to assist with C-sections and recover postoperative patients PACU experience to support patient recovery needs Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

Preferred:
