Are you a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care to older adults? The Village at Rockville, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a Full Time dedicated Clinical Care Specialist (RN/LPN) to join our caring and collaborative team.



In this rewarding role, you will help ensure residents receive high-quality clinical care while serving as a trusted resource for residents, families, and team members. Salary Range:

$82,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.



What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical oversight and support to ensure quality resident care
  • Assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Monitor and document resident care in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Support care planning and coordinate services to meet residents' individual needs
  • Educate residents, families, and team members on health-related matters
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and team members
    Qualifications
  • Current ed Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland
  • Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred
  • Minimum five years experience in nursing required, preferably in long-term care environment
  • Wound Certified required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Ability to read and speak English
