Job Description
Weekend RN Job Summary Weekend RN-This person works every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00AM to 6:30PM for a total of 25 hours and gets paid for 32 hours. The Weekend RN is eligible for a full benefit package. We provide Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Assisted Living. Duties Supervise CNA's and CMT's to ensure adherence to best practices in patient care. Coordinate patient care. Oversee the care of our neighbors that reside here. Make sure all medications and treatments are administered and charted on our EHR. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as necessary. Provide support to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with Baptist Homes policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ensure that all neighbors care plans are followed and that the nursing team provides all needed care to the neighbors. Experience Nursing in Long-Term Care and Assisted Living. Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations. Strong clinical skills in providing care to the elderly, including wound care. Experience working with patients and families. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining high standards of practice.
