RN Supervisor - Monday through Friday Gulfport Care Center Gulfport, Mississippi Full-Time | Monday-Friday Gulfport Care Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team. This position is ideal for an RN who is organized, resident-focused, and comfortable supervising staff in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. Responsibilities Provide daily clinical oversight and direction to nursing staff. Conduct resident rounds and assist with changes in condition. Ensure physician orders, treatments, documentation, and care-plan interventions are completed appropriately. Monitor compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal requirements. Assist with admissions, discharges, incident follow-up, and clinical investigations. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Coach and educate nursing staff as needed. Support the DON and ADON with audits, quality improvement, and corrective actions. Promote resident safety, quality care, professionalism, and teamwork. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Mississippi RN license. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Previous supervisory or charge-nurse experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities and respond appropriately to clinical concerns. Current CPR certification. Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time Day shift Some flexibility may be required based on resident or facility needs.
