Job Summary We are seeking a Wellness Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the Wellness Staff, performing a variety of medication duties, monitoring the daily health status of our senior residents and assisting them with ADLs as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide general direction to Wellness staff, monitoring daily routines, ensure they are providing appropriate care and monitoring daily routines Works with Wellness Director to assure the needs of our residents are being maintained In the absence of management staff, act as the building supervisor responsible for supervision of building staff, managing building emergencies, managing resident emergencies and handling resident /visitor concerns Schedule staff for sick call coverage as needed Assists with orientation and training Understands and follows medication management procedures including dispensing, ordering, recording, counting and discontinuing medications Works collaboratively with fellow employees, primary care physicians and family members Able to deal with multiple, competing demands Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities when necessary

Qualifications:

• CNA/HHA - Preferred
• Documented supervisory experience
• Able to read, write and speak
