Responsibilities Administer scheduled medications and perform daily clinical treatments. Complete resident assessments and document changes in PointClickCare. Coordinate shift tasks with floor CNAs to maintain a steady workflow. Lead end-of-shift report handoffs with incoming nursing staff. Notify attending physicians and family members regarding resident condition changes.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at 32-38/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
