Nurses work directly with certified nursing assistants to maintain updated care plans and address resident needs as they arise. The floor pacing balances planned daily treatments with routine rounds. Responsibilities Administer scheduled medications and perform daily clinical treatments. Complete resident assessments and document changes in PointClickCare. Coordinate shift tasks with floor CNAs to maintain a steady workflow. Lead end-of-shift report handoffs with incoming nursing staff. Notify attending physicians and family members regarding resident condition changes.
