We're looking for a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to guide our evening nursing team and help shape the quality of care in our community. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm About the Role As the Nursing Shift Supervisor, you'll provide both clinical and administrative support to the nursing units and act as the go-to resource for the health center and apartments during your shift. You'll ensure residents receive the highest quality of care while fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff. As part of our nursing leadership team, you'll also participate in the facility's on-call rotation.
