Clement Manor is seeking a Nursing Manager to join our compassionate team. This vital role provides the opportunity to guide patient care and staff performance while fostering a culture of excellence for the older adult community we serve.

What You'll Do:

Oversee patient care and staff performance within your assigned unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care. Promote Clement Manor's mission and commitment to quality health care for older adults.

Maintain Wound Care and Infection Control Programs What We're Looking For:

Required:

Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin. Completion of an accredited nursing program with knowledge of the nursing process, management, and clinical expertise. Current CPR certification.

Highly Desirable:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Preferred Experience:

2-3 years of progressive nursing experience that includes leadership, organizational skills, and broad clinical expertise. Why Join Us?
