Skills and Experience Desired:

Active Occupational Therapist licensure for California Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation Ability to provide engaging, individualized direct therapy services Professional communication skills for collaborating with staff and families Comfortable working in-person and building relationships on-site

Role Overview:

Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students (12 direct hours weekly, 18 total when IEP meetings are scheduled) Attend and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective student goals Assess student needs and progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary for best outcomes Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with school and legal requirements Serve as a supportive resource for staff and families to enhance student performance and participation This position offers $48 to $54 per hour, recognizing your expertise in serving school-aged students.
