Job Description

Hybrid School-Based Occupational Therapist Location:
Southern California Pay:
Competitive weekly pay based on experience
Assignment:
Immediate start through January 2027 Navra Education is hiring a Hybrid Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Southern California. This is a great option for an OT seeking flexibility, consistent weekly pay, and the chance to make an immediate impact. Your Days Will Include Providing virtual and onsite occupational therapy services Completing evaluations and developing student-centered treatment plans Supporting fine motor, sensory-processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional school skills Developing and monitoring IEP goals Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborating with teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers Participating in IEP meetings virtually or onsite as required Job Details Full-time, hybrid school-based contract Immediate start through January 2027 Possible extension based on school needs; not guaranteed Combination of virtual and onsite responsibilities Monday through Friday during school hours Competitive weekly pay Supportive multidisciplinary team Successful Candidates Possess Active California Occupational Therapist license Master's degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT certification School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and technology skills Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
