Role Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active OT license in Pennsylvania. Previous experience providing school-based occupational therapy services, especially at the elementary level, preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to elementary-age students as assigned. Assess, record, and track student progress toward established IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create accessible classroom environments. Communicate regularly with families and educational teams to support student success.
