Role Requirements:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active OT license in Pennsylvania. Previous experience providing school-based occupational therapy services, especially at the elementary level, preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy interventions to elementary-age students as assigned. Assess, record, and track student progress toward established IEP goals.
