Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Experience a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, supporting young children and their families through a vital Birth to Three Home Visiting Program. This full-time position offers an engaging schedule, averaging 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 4 PM, and kicks off on November 13, 2026, for an anticipated 12-week period. You'll be working closely with children, families, and staff in the Early On program, making an immediate difference in early childhood development.

Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license Experience in school-based OT, home health, or teletherapy Knowledge of pediatric assessments, interventions, and documentation Comfortable providing services in home settings and collaborating with families Familiarity with Early Intervention, especially with Birth to Three programs Adaptable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans for children from birth to age three Deliver home-based occupational therapy services, focusing on early development milestones Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes Maintain effective documentation and progress notes in accordance with program requirements Participate in regular team meetings and contribute innovative strategies for child and family support Utilize teletherapy platforms as required, ensuring access and continuity of services
