About Us Nurturing Selves, Inc is an outpatient mental health group practice serving clients across the lifespan. We take a whole-person approach to care, integrating neurobiology, sensory motor and healing play with psychotherapy services to help patients and families improve daily routines and coping skills within their broader mental health treatment. We're growing our multidisciplinary team and looking for an Occupational Therapist who's excited to bring OT's unique lens to mental and behavioral health care. What You'll Do Conduct OT evaluations for clients presenting with functional impairments related to psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and serious mental illness Design and deliver individualized treatment plans focused on

retraining, functional routines, coping strategies, and self-management skills Facilitate pediatric OT groups focused on functional and coping skills ( Administer and score standardized screening tools as part of a coordinated care plan in collaboration with therapists and caregivers Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that supports medical necessity and payer requirements Stay current on Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer billing and prior-authorization requirements specific to behavioral health OT What We're Looking For Current Michigan OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) NBCOT certification in good standing Experience or strong interest in mental/behavioral health settings (prior psychiatric OT experience a plus, but not required — we support new-to-psych OTs with mentorship) Comfort working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team model Familiarity with

CPT/HCPCS
