The position offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running from ASAP through June 8, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state Previous work with school-aged children (PreK-12th grade) highly preferred Background in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and educational documentation practices

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' abilities and barriers using standardized assessments Develop, carry out, and adjust individualized intervention plans to help students achieve educational goals Provide direct therapy—in both individual and group settings—to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily classroom routines and the home environment Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions to advocate for student needs This is an impactful role where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will directly shape students' development and independence, empowering them to thrive in both school and home life.
