About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is skilled, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient therapy in an Independent Living community - without the rushed, high-pressure atmosphere found in many traditional settings.

Key Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative OT services based on physician orders, working closely with our interdisciplinary team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Educate patients and families on techniques to support independence and safety at home. Complete accurate, timely documentation using our streamlined systems. Contribute to community wellness by participating in group programs or educational events as needed.
