Job Description

This full-time role offers the chance to make a significant impact by supporting students in grades K-12 across multiple school sites. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) may also be considered for the position. What you'll bring: Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued Open to both OTs and qualified COTAs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to travel between different school locations within the area Experience with teletherapy and/or home health considered a plus Day-to-day responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Provide direct occupational therapy services to meet students' academic and functional needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Travel between school sites to deliver services and conduct evaluations Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring Adapt service delivery methods, including teletherapy when appropriate Benefits include the stability of a full academic year assignment, professional growth in diverse school environments, and the opportunity to work alongside dedicated educators and therapists.
