Qualifications:

Active OT license (Oregon) required Open to OTs and (potentially) COTAs with relevant school or healthcare experience Experience with pediatric populations (K-12) preferred Flexibility to travel between school sites Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students of all ages, K-12 Travel between multiple school sites as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions Document and maintain accurate patient records
