Occupational Therapist School Setting in Monmouth, OR

Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by providing essential occupational therapy services on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. This rewarding opportunity allows you to support students' growth and development, focusing exclusively on your role without additional school duties outside of your contracted hours.

Key Details:

K-12 student population Contract position with guaranteed hours Start as soon as possible, ending June 17, 2026 Both direct and indirect therapy services included Travel therapists may qualify for stipends No responsibility for non-clinical duties such as bus or parent pick-up

Preferred Qualifications:

Current license (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 students Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans Commitment to supporting students' academic and functional success

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess student needs for occupational therapy services Develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with teachers and IEP teams Provide direct and consultative OT services to help students access their curriculum Monitor, document, and report on student progress Communicate regularly with educators and families to ensure goals are met
