We're looking for an experienced, energetic Occupational Therapist to join our growing sports medicine and orthopedic team in Oregon. This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best: helping patients recover, improve function, and get back to doing what they love. Unlike many outpatient settings, you won't need to spend your time networking, marketing, or searching for patients. Our established practice provides a strong stream of internal physician referrals , allowing you to build your caseload through a coordinated, team-based care model. You'll work alongside orthopedic and sports medicine physicians, therapists, and support staff who share a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. This full-time position requires travel between our clinic locations, so reliable transportation is necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-first attitude Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred Orthopedic, hand therapy, or sports medicine experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, hand therapy, sports medicine. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
