As a valued member of the educational team, you will:

Desired Experience and Credentials:

Active MA OT certification required Proven experience in school-based OT, home health, or broader healthcare settings Compassionate communication skills with the ability to engage young learners and collaborate with families Commitment to evidence-based practice, documentation, and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive OT services to elementary-aged students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Provide family education and contribute creative solutions to maximize student independence
