Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity providing virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students for an extended contract through the spring of 2027. Make a meaningful difference as you deliver essential support from the comfort of your own workspace while partnering with a supportive educational team. This contract role is ideal for occupational therapists passionate about helping students succeed and thrive in their school environments.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current OT license valid for providing services in TN Previous experience in schools or with pediatric therapy, ideally supporting K-12 populations Knowledge of virtual therapy platforms; comfortable working via video conferencing Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Motivated self-starter able to work independently and collaborate remotely Compassionate, patient-centered approach to student support
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a virtual format Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Conduct virtual assessments, write reports, and maintain accurate records of student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to support student growth Deliver engaging, creative interventions tailored to each student's needs and abilities Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and planning processes
