Job Description

Responsibilities:

OTR will evaluate, treat and create individualized treatment plans.
Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, speech therapists, physical therapists etc. to provide comprehensive care
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document patient evaluations, progress, notes and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing daily activities and promoting overall well-being
COTA will carry out plan of care
Help patients reach goals with evidence based practice
Work with multidisciplinary individuals
Document in a timely manner
Passion and drive to provide quality care to the patients
