Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification Experience working in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt methods and therapies for a variety of age groups

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services for students with diverse developmental and physical needs Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies Document progress, maintain accurate records, and support IEP development Collaborate and consult with staff on accommodations, interventions, and classroom integration
