Job Description

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing mobile outpatient practice. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 skilled therapy to older adults in ALFs or their home environment. Whether you are a motivated new graduate or an experienced clinician, this position offers exceptional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships without the rush or productivity demands of traditional clinic settings. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited PTA or COTA program. Active state license as a PTA or COTA in good standing (or license-eligible). Current
CPR / BLS
certification.
Experience & Skills:
New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. Prior experience in home health, outpatient, or geriatric care is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, self-direction, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities.
Logistics :
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance. Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Pay:
$34.00 - $36.00 per hour
