We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing mobile outpatient practice. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 skilled therapy to older adults in ALFs or their home environment. Graduate of an accredited PTA or COTA program. Active state license as a PTA or COTA in good standing (or license-eligible). Current
CPR / BLS
certification.
Experience & Skills:
New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply. Prior experience in home health, outpatient, or geriatric care is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, self-direction, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities.
