Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current COTA licensure in California Previous experience providing occupational therapy services to school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families Ability to implement treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists Proficient in documentation, progress tracking, and reporting Adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about facilitating student growth

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Carry out interventions addressing fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and classroom participation Support development and modification of OT programs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into daily routines Accurately document services, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for IEPs and student support plans Experience the fulfillment of helping students reach their potential while gaining invaluable professional experience.
