You'll work on a close, supportive rehab team where your clinical judgment matters. Our residents come to us to regain independence, and you'll see that progress firsthand, from a first assisted transfer to a safe discharge home. We give you realistic productivity, a manageable caseload, and a supervising OT who is actually available.
